   On page 2, line 14 of the amendment, after "personal services" strike "and purchased services"

EFFECT: Removes purchased services contracts from the types of contracts filed with OFM under ch. 39.29 that must be made available to the public in the new database. (Ch. 39.29 requires personal services contracts, but not purchased services contracts, to be filed with OFM.)
