Background: The Washington Clean Air Act (RCW chapter 70.94), enacted in 1967 and amended several times, is the basis for state and local air pollution regulation.

Summary of Bill: Several non-substantive changes revise the Washington Clean Air Act to enhance readability, reduce redundancies, and eliminate obsolete provisions.
