On page 48, after line 17, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 36 This act is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the
state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect
July 1, 2009."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Adds an emergency clause to make the bill effective on July 1, 2009.
