    On page 3, line 11, after "governments" insert "and K-12 school districts"

    On page 3, line 14, after "governments" insert "and K-12 school districts"

EFFECT:  Removes K-12 school districts from the requirements to purchase environmentally preferred cleaning products and services, but encourages them to purchase and use environmentally preferred cleaning products.
