    On page 5, beginning on line 1 of the striking amendment, strike all of sections 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9

    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes energy audit and energy efficiency upgrade requirements for all state-owned facilities over 10,000 square feet that have not had an energy audit completed in the last five years.  Removes energy audit and efficiency requirements that apply to any new leases entered into by state agencies for privately owned buildings over 10,000 square feet.
