On page 6, line 12 of the amendment, after "agency-owned" strike "or leased"
Beginning on page 6, line 24 of the amendment, strike all of section 8
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes the reference to leased facilities in the requirement for state agencies to complete an energy audit prior to or as part of a request for state funds on an energy efficiency project. Removes the section that requires leased buildings to have an energy audit completed as part of the lease agreement.
