On page 5, line 29 of the amendment, after "(2)" insert "The
governor, or the executive agency representing the governor, must
notify the legislature of negotiations with coal-fired power plants and
must make records relating to these negotiations public throughout the
negotiation process.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires the governor, or the executive agency representing the governor, to notify the legislature of negotiations with coal-fired power plants that burn more than one million tons of coal annually and must make records relating to these negotiations public throughout the negotiation process.
