    On page 3 of the striking amendment, beginning on line 30, after "purposes." strike "Funds used for this purpose may not supplant routine annual preventive maintenance expenditures made from the district's general fund." 

EFFECT:   Removes the requirement that capital levy funds used for major preventive maintenance purposes cannot supplant routine maintenance expenditures.
