    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of theft of a firearm (RCW 9A.56.300), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Theft of a Firearm, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
