Beginning on page 4, line 8 of the amendment, strike all of section 4

Renumber the remaining section consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the section requiring that a proportionate share of income earned from investment of the Treasurer's Trust Fund be distributed to the WGHTPD account monthly. As a result, the WGHTPD account's proportionate share of earnings will be credited to the state general fund.
