Beginning on page 2, line 14, strike all of sections 2 through 7 and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 The following acts or parts of acts are
each repealed:
(1) 2008 c 81 s 19 (uncodified); and
(2) 2006 c 177 s 14 (uncodified)."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Eliminates all provisions of the bill except the preferential tax rate for certain federal aviation repair stations.
