On page 1, after line 24 of the amendment, insert the following:
"It is further the intent of the legislature that the pontoons for
the replacement state route number 520 floating bridge be designed in
such a manner as to allow for the connection of an adjoining second
pontoon bridge."
EFFECT: Adds legislative intent that the pontoons for the replacement state route number 520 floating bridge be designed in such a manner as to allow for the connection of an adjoining second pontoon bridge.
