On page 5, beginning on line 17 of the amendment, after "inconsistent" strike all material through "statement." on line 22, and insert "with the optional comprehensive plan or subarea plan policies and development regulations adopted under subsection (1) of this section, the city shall require additional environmental review in accordance with this chapter."
