    On page 10, after line 37, insert the following:

    "(7) In order for a county to continue to impose a tax under this section, after the bonds issued for a baseball stadium are retired, a county must submit an authorizing proposition to the county voters and it must be approved by a majority of the persons voting."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   In order to continue the food and beverage tax and the 2% rental tax after their original purposes were met, it must be approved by a vote of the people in the county.
