    On page 2, line 11, after "expenditures."  insert "Counties and cities that opt to expend taxes imposed under subsection (2) of this section for park maintenance and operation expenditures are not obligated to meet the requirements of RCW 36.70A.070(6)(b)."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Counties and cities that opt to expend REET 2 funds for park maintenance and operation expenditures are not obligated to meet the concurrency requirements of the Growth Management Act.
