    On page 3, line 24, after "investments.", insert the following:

"Nothing in this act shall limit the duty of the state to meet its fiduciary responsibilities to those employers and individuals participating in the plans and programs authorized by this act."

EFFECT:  Ensures that the state must meet its fiduciary responsibilities just like other securities firms.
