On page 3, line 1, after "installed" strike "in new residences"
On page 3, beginning on line 3, after "must be" strike all material through "dwelling." on line 5 and insert "in accordance with the plumbing code."
EFFECT: Requires that, by January 1, 2014, all urinals, other than institutional urinals, sold or installed must be high efficiency urinals or nonwater supplied urinals. Requires that installation of the appliance must be done in accordance with the plumbing code.
