On page 12, line 18, after "centers" insert ". For new performing arts centers, funding priority shall be given to facilities that have completed a feasibility analysis, initial design, and preferred site selection by December 31, 2010"
EFFECT: When deciding on funding for a new performance art center, a county must give priority to facilities which have completed a feasibility analysis, initial design, and preferred site selection by Dec. 31, 2010.
