On page 2, beginning on line 19, after "effect" strike "until the
expiration of the offender's conditional release" and insert "((until
the expiration of the offender's conditional release)) indefinitely"
EFFECT: An arrest warrant for an alien offender who is transferred to ICE prior to the expiration of his or her term of confinement shall remain in effect indefinitely. If the offender ever returns to the state of Washington, the offender may be required to serve the unserved portion of his or her sentence.
