On page 18, line 7 of the amendment, after "activities" insert "that do not include instream work, except where necessary for suspended cable yarding across streams"
On page 18, line 8 of the amendment, after "repair" insert ", provided no instream work is conducted"
EFFECT: Narrows those forest practice activities that do not require a hydraulic project permit once provisions for the protection of fish life are incorporated into forest practices permits.
