On page 2, at the beginning of line 17, insert "(1)"
On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:
"(4) For the purposes of this section, compliance requests do not
include data requests required to be submitted in accordance with
federal or state law, including data for a comprehensive K-12 education
data improvement system."
EFFECT: Clarifies that school districts will continue to be required to submit data required by state and federal law.
