The 2009-11 State Omnibus Operating Appropriations Act (Operating Budget), as amended by the 2010 Supplemental Operating Budget (ESSB 6444, Chapter 37, Laws of 2010), appropriated $31 billion from the State General Fund and two other accounts, together referred to as the State Near General Fund. The total budgeted amount, which includes state and federal funds, is $60.2 billion.
