Background:

The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is authorized by statute to accept donations, grants, bequests, money and property for the fire service training program.

Summary of Bill:

The WSP may accept donations, grants, bequests, money and property for any purpose in fulfilling its mission.

Effective Date: The bill takes effect 90 days after adjournment of the session in which the bill is passed.
