Establishes the field of dreams program to provide college tuition in the form of GET units to students working for agricultural employers to benefit the agriculture industry and to assist students in accessing postsecondary education. The program shall be administered by the employment security department and the GET units shall be administered by the higher education coordinating board.

Creates the GET field of dreams account.

Expires December 31, 2016.
