Allows information contained in the confidential section of a birth certificate form to be available for review by: (1) A member of the public upon order of the court; or

(2) An individual who is the subject of the birth certificate upon confirmation of the identity of the requestor in a manner approved by the state board of health.

Limits the confidential information provided to an individual who is the subject of the birth certificate to information on the child, not information on the mother or father.
