Exempts from certain firearm restrictions: (1) Correctional personnel who have completed government-sponsored law enforcement firearms training; and

(2) Correctional personnel who have completed the firearms training and who are retired for service or physical disabilities, unless they retired because of mental or stress-related disabilities.
