Improves unemployment benefits by: (1) Modifying provisions relating to disqualification for leaving work voluntarily without good cause and the calculation of unemployment benefits;

(2) Removing a provision regarding part-time workers in reference to suitable work; and

(3) Revising the definition of "part-time work."
