SB 5669 - DIGEST

Authorizes the insurance commissioner to, when the governor declares a state of emergency, issue an order that addresses any or all of the following matters related to insurance policies issued in this state: (1) Reporting requirements for claims;

(2) Grace periods for payment of insurance premiums and performance of other duties by insureds;

(3) Temporary postponement of cancellations and renewals; and

(4) Medical coverage to ensure access to care.
