Prohibits discrimination based on lawful source of income.

Defines "lawful source of income" in chapter 49.60 RCW (discrimination--human rights commission).

Provides that the lawful source of income provisions of chapter 49.60 RCW apply to living arrangements subject to chapter 59.18 RCW (residential landlord-tenant act), and do not include exempted living arrangements as described in RCW 59.18.040.

Provides that the act does not apply to a housing complex where at least twenty percent of the tenants receive section 8 voucher subsidies.
