HB 2125 - DIGEST

Seeks consent of congress, through an interstate health care compact, to give the legislatures of the member states the primary responsibility to regulate health care in their respective states.

Creates the interstate advisory health care commission to collect information and data to assist the member states in their regulation of health care.

Requires a Washington state member of the commission to notify the code reviser's office of: (1) The effective date of the compact; and

(2) The withdrawal of the state from the compact or any event that causes dissolution of the compact.
