Requires the department of licensing to notify a driver's employer, if the employer is on file with the department: (1) Upon a determination regarding the suspension, revocation, or cancellation of a commercial driver's license or disqualification of the driver from operating a commercial motor vehicle; or

(2) If the department receives a notification of noncompliance with a child support order.

Requires the department of social and health services to notify the department of licensing of the service of a notice of noncompliance of a child support order if the department serves upon a responsible parent a notice informing the responsible parent of the department's intent to submit the parent's name to the department of licensing as a licensee who is not in compliance with a child support order.

Requires the department of licensing to establish a voluntary database in which an employer may register an employee for which the employer wishes to receive the notifications mentioned above.
