Modifies provisions relating to guardianship of incapacitated adults.

Requires the administrator for the courts to publish on its web site information regarding professional and lay guardians to provide information to family members of incapacitated adults.

Requires a long-term care ombudsman to publish on a web site, or otherwise make available to residents, families of residents, and the public, information regarding professional and lay guardians to provide information to family members of incapacitated adults.
