Requires the state arts commission to: (1) Conduct an inventory of all works of art purchased and commissioned or under the care of the visual arts program, that have become a part of the state art collection, and the department of enterprise services; and

(2) Determine appropriate works of art to be made available for public auction.

Creates the Washington art work sales account.
