    On page 2, after line 2, insert the following:

    "(v) The reductions in greenhouse gas emissions specified in (i) through (iv) of this subsection (1)(a) shall not take effect if the United States is not a signatory to the 2015 Paris climate agreement."

EFFECT:   Prevents greenhouse gas emissions reductions specified in the act from taking effect if the United States is not a signatory to the 2015 Paris climate agreement.
