    On page 3, after line 15, insert the following:

"(5) The joint legislative audit and review committee must prepare and submit to the legislature by June 30, 2019, and every five years thereafter, an analysis of the economic impact, whether positive or negative, and the impact on jobs, whether positive or negative, resulting from the greenhouse gas emissions reductions specified in this section." 

EFFECT:  Requires the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee to prepare and submit to the Legislature by June 30, 2019, and every five years thereafter, an analysis of the economic impact, whether positive or negative, and the impact on jobs, whether positive or negative, resulting from the greenhouse gas emissions reductions specified in the act.
