    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes the sections in the bill that require persons receiving or renewing an individual license for cosmetology, hair design, barbering, manicuring, or esthetics to complete a one-hour training course in domestic violence and sexual assault awareness approved by the Department of Licensing.
