    On page 2, beginning on line 4, after "violations" strike "that have been incurred on two or more separate occasions and"

EFFECT:   Requires that a person already have one or more rather than two or more outstanding traffic infractions for moving violations in order to suspend that person's driver's license when he or she fails to respond to a notice of a traffic infraction or fails to comply with the terms of a notice of a traffic infraction.
