    On page 2, beginning on line 19, strike all of sections 2 and 3

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that county treasurers waive interest and penalties for property tax delinquencies on property taxes imposed by a regional transit authority.  Removes the requirement that the bill be applied retroactively.
