    On page 2, line 1, after "(3)" insert "A prospective special prosecuting attorney shall disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest, if applicable under the circumstance, in representing the government.

    On page 2, line 23, after "source." insert "A prospective special deputy prosecuting attorney shall disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest, if applicable under the circumstance, in representing the government."

EFFECT: Requires a prospective special prosecuting attorney to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest in representing the government. Requires a prospective special deputy prosecuting attorney to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest in representing the government.
