    On page 2, after line 8, insert the following:

    "(3) The exclusive bargaining representative making the presentation must inform the employees that attendance at the meeting or presentation is voluntary."

EFFECT:   Requires the exclusive bargaining representative making the presentation to inform the employees that attendance is voluntary.
