    On page 2, line 33, after "(2)" strike "In compliance with law and at reasonable times" and insert "As provided in subsection (3) of this section"

    On page 3, line 6, after "sanitation;" strike "and"

    On page 3, line 7, after "(3)" insert "The department must conduct inspections in compliance with the law and at reasonable times. The department must announce routine inspections by notifying the farm at least 24 hours in advance; and

    (4)"

EFFECT:   Requires the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) to announce routine inspections by notifying the farm that is the subject of the inspection at least 24 hours in advance of such an inspection.
