     On page 7, beginning on line 35, after "and" strike all material through "disabilities" and insert "by the department to support the operation of Fircrest School"

EFFECT: Rather than requiring the revenue generated from the use of land at Fircrest School be used to fund community living options, it is to be used by the Department of Social and Health Services to mitigate the cost of operation of Fircrest School.
