On page 2, after line 29 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(6) A BIAS provider may not convey any content via a videoconferencing service without opt-in approval for each specific use of videoconferencing service from the customer."

EFFECT: Requires opt-in approval of the customer for each specific use of videoconferencing service in order to convey any content via a videoconferencing service.
