On page 2, line 8 of the amendment, after "information" insert "unless the BIAS provider is a wireless service provider and the BIAS provider is advertising to its own customer"

EFFECT: Allows a broadband internet access service provider that is a wireless service provider to advertise to its own customer without opt-in approval of the customer.
