On page 2, after line 29 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(6) A BIAS provider may not allow access to an online mapping service without opt-in approval from the customer for each attempt to access service."

EFFECT: Requires opt-in approval of the customer for each attempt in order to allow access to an online mapping service.
