    On page 24, line 34, after "federal requirements" strike all material through "consumer" on line 37.

EFFECT:   Requires the consumer directed employer to implement an electronic visit verification system that complies with federal requirements, striking the exception in the underlying bill that allowed for merely monitoring a sample of individual provider claims.
