    On page 49, after line 7, and insert :

Nothing in this act shall be deemed to result in individual providers becoming state employees or vesting in the state's Public Employment Retirement System.

EFFECT: Provides that nothing in the act shall be deemed to result in individual providers becoming state employees or vesting in the state's PERS pension system.
