On page 23, after line 21, insert the following:

"(d) Twenty-five dollars of each fee paid shall be distributed on an annual basis to the national rifle association to be used for the Eddie Eagle GunSafe program."

EFFECT: Requires $25 of each dealer fee paid to be distributed to the NRA for use in funding the Eddie Eagle GunSafe program.
