"(d) Twenty-five dollars of each fee paid shall be distributed on an annual basis to school districts for gun safety education utilizing the Eddie Eagle GunSafe program."

EFFECT: Requires $25 of each dealer fee paid to be distributed to school districts for gun safety education utilizing the Eddie Eagle GunSafe program.
