Allows the donation of prescription drugs if, as determined by the professional judgment of a pharmacist, the prescription drugs: (1) Equipped with a time temperature indicator at the point of manufacture, were stored under required temperature conditions; and

(2) Not equipped with a time temperature indicator at the point of manufacture, were properly stored and the person donating the drugs has completed and signed a donor form, adopted by the department of health, to release the drugs for distribution and certified that the drugs have never been opened, used, adulterated, or misbranded.
